Yes. Sea temperatures remain around 20–22°C in winter. February is the coolest month for swimming, but many still enjoy it—especially in south-coast resorts.

Both are similar, but Tenerife has more microclimates. The south is consistently sunnier than most of Gran Canaria, while the north is cloudier. It depends on your preference.
